CASH ON DELIVERY

We understand our customers value stress-free payments, so we offer the option to pay with cash. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a call from our sales agent to arrange delivery and payment details.

Please note:

  • Currently, our Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available only in Dubai.

  • We are working on expanding COD to other cities. For now, the service in those areas is limited to orders under AED 2500

We offer hassle-free, quick, and easy payment solutions with the acceptance of all Visa, American Express, and MasterCard transactions.

Please note:

  • The same charge applies to offline payments made through credit/debit cards on POS machines




ONLINE BANK TRANSFER

To use the bank transfer payment method:

  1. Select "Bank Transfer": Choose this option while placing your order.

  2. Receive Bank Details: Our bank account details will be sent to you via email.

  3. Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with processing your order.

Delivery Information

Shopping online and receiving your order at your doorstep is incredibly convenient. To ensure your comfort, we offer nationwide free shipping unless advised otherwise by our team. We partner with top couriers to deliver your orders efficiently.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Dubai: Locally available products will be delivered within 24 hours if ordered before 3 PM.

  • Other Cities: Deliveries will take 2-3 working days.

  • Delays: Some unexpected circumstances may delay the order by up to 5 working days.

  • On-time deliveries: Subject to payment clearance.

Important Notes:

  • We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

  • We recommend customers thoroughly inspect the product in front of the delivery person to avoid disputes. Our team will not be responsible for any claims of empty packages or damaged products afterward
